Congrats Suria for winning fifth position in the 1500m finals..let me immitate the script of Mr Chew that he said to Suria "When He was running,I WAS THERE..When it was on the last stretch,he showed determination.."Not so perfectly correct..hehex..
Me..Suhaizat...Norman and Suria went to Gombak Stadium to train me n suhaizat short distance from a national coach..But den He was not dere..He was training the victorias..Den we both do our-self training..We do a sprinting of 80m N I BEAT HIM!!!..he was very dissapointed and ashamed that he was loast to a sec 2 guy..hehe..

Today

Qin Ming..Suhaizat n me went to Gombak stadium to train our short distance from the coach,Alfred.When i was warming-up,firstly i saw U.K SHYAM,a Singaporean sprinter who broke the Singapore record for 100m..Den when i was training with the coach,I saw Mr Tan was walking along the tracks..He said he won't get any injuries so that he will get fit..hehe..The training was light but tiring n when i was warming-down..den i noe U.K SHYAM coach was Alfred who coach us too..We were very lucky bcoz gombak was speacially for SAA COE..dun noe wat is SAA..hehe..i saw all the sprinters ran very fast..
