Lets talk about Sunday..
Went to stadium to run2 with syazwan..
Den we timed our favourite event..
Mine is 100m..He's 400m..
Den both our timing was like damn fucking slow..
For ur information,my tiz year's sports day
my 100m timing is 12.48 like tat..(syazwan told me)
Now is 13.7 secs..WTF
big difference..And now i dunnoe how am i going to increase my speed
