Today's track n field training was a disaster for me even tough my performance was good and well keep it up latep!..Training was okay..Sprinting is my favourite..Den while sprinting for 150m for the 2nd tyme,my ear got problem..Its lyke there's a wind or gas in it den when i get down my head the thing disappeared..BUT den when my head went up,the thing came back..So pain seh..tats the first disaster..
2nd disaster was when finish training already,we went for a warm-down..1 round around the track..Den i was the laz person to arrived lahr..Den Suhaizat was lyke angry wib me den he shouted at me "Latep!!..Faster!!..i count to ten!!"..den i quickly run lahr..But den my muscle dere felt pain..Den i stretched a bit n dere goes the disaster came..My muscle dere between the ankle and the knee dere..It is getting flatten and flattener and when Mr Lim hold it it was very tight..And it felt so pain..I shout out loud in pain and a lil bit of my tears went down..It was so pain..Den Mr Lim massage for me..Its getting better n better but the pain is still dere..Den i sat at the bench dere..I massage myself..While massaging my pain dere,i was thinking:
-Will i get to run for tiz friday's sport's day?
-Will my pain get to be healed by tmr morning?(I hope so)
I was worried about tiiz and i felt sad..I also felt a lil bit of anger wib Suhaizat..but its only for a while..Now is okay already as i dun lyke to scold ppl and HATE ppl..
Den i went home straight..I walked so funny sia lyke my left leg was bandaged..hehex..I cannot exert any force or strength on my left leg..
Miss Azlin came and i ask her when is tthe competition..Its next week till the next 3 weeks..Den b4 training also MR Lim said some ppl will be chosen to participate for wat NS sumtink2..Den i was excited coz i wanted to join..

Tats all for now..And tomorrow i'm gonna be excused from PE,the 2.4km..i felt happy but my left leg is injured..I was sad at tat moment..
I WISH MY PAIN WILL BE HEALED BY TOMORROW MORINING!!..
